1. IF you have proper proof of the recording, THEN write a complaint about the same to the authority /inspector of the CAW cell, for investigation and prosecution.

Please do not waste your time and complicate things by making mountains out of a mole.  It helps in no way and the relations may sour.  Was that fact recording is injurious in any way personally to you or to your case ?   Was there any malafide motive in recording the negotiations ?.  Come on, forget and focus on real issues.

The proceedings in a mediation is expected to be confidential; only the outcome matters. As such, the recording may not be any tangible use.

Such recording has no evidentary value in your case(s), No action can be initaited.

You have already engaged /paid an able, competent and intelligent lawyer, proceed as advised by him/ her without waiting for an obligation ( although it is available FREE OF COST) of experts on this platform, which is bound to differ as it is based on limited facts posted by you. However, if you have lost faith in your lawyer change him/her immediately. If you want second opinion it is advisable to consult another local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of fact/documents and guidance/proceeding.

The recordings in the mediation session are of no use because they are not having any value towards evidence.

In fact there is no crime involved in recording the proceedings that took place in the CAW cell mediation session because it is not a court proceedings.

So dont break your head on such petty issues.
