Crime against woman

This crime is related to FIR against Attempt to Murder on 27th August 2021 which was posted on 5th Sept 2021.

One of the three accused having infected with Covid-19 who also used 2 inches diameter G.I. pipe to hit heads of my children spat two times to my youngest daughter before hitting them.
Shall I approach to State Woman Commission for this crime or Can it be linked with existing FIR in the jurisdiction of the same court ?

My wife and my youngest daughter are prime witnesses of the crime. Is it not sufficient to guilt the accused ?

Once an FIR has been filed the police are legally bound to start investigating the case. The process of investigation includes, but is not limited to, collecting evidence, questioning witnesses, inspecting the crime scene, forensic testing, recording statements and so on.
