I am a member of Co-operative Society and i have been facing a probelm since the registrar has taken over the management. I need few important information.
How long can government apppointed registar can hold the administration of the society if the committe is disolved.
What happen if i dont make the payment to the society till the new committe is not appointed by the registrar
How and where i can approch and which department to find the by laws of donts and do's of the appointed government registrar.
Whom i have to give the letter that we want a election and appointment of the new committe in mumbai
Please do help me on the above question.
