Cpc provisions in quasi-criminal dv

Dear experts,

I am fighting a DV case filed against me.

By nature, it is a quasi-criminal case.

Can someone please tell me whether I can invoke provisions of CPC 1908, during the DV proceedings in addition to CRPC provisions?

PWDVA is remedial measure and quasi civil in nature but it is governed by CrP.c
