I had received the intimation u/s 143(1) by CPC Bangalore for the asst.year 2009-10.CPC has disallowed the depreciation claimed in the return. Bucause I have not filled the return correctly in the deprecitation coloumn. then i applied for the rectification through online by stating " seeking correction in ITR processing. Afterwards i received the rectification order u/s 154 without any rectification. Please reply me where I have done mistatke- Whether in the filling of return and what should have been done at that time. Or when I am applying for the rectification Should I written as assess data correction.
Whether can I apply again for the rectification u/s 154 through online if it accepts. Please clarify the same. So many friends are facing this problem from CPC processing system.
