in a appeal memo address of client was -care of abc house-. it was rejected on oppostion that care of [marfat] means appeal is not presented by appellant but by abc.hence appeal is dismissed.
appeal was on the subject of mis-use of stay order issued by high court on certain property while it was being applied on other property.hence it was appealed on misuse of stay order.
it is strange while in corona period o one is present in court all is done by advocates.
word marfat -dismissal of appeal is very curious.pl suggest remedy
