COVID-19

Where and under which section of IPC shall I complain against our neighours who have rented their ground floor to fruit vendors for the purpose of keeping stocks and amid imposition of section 144 crpc they are gathering downstairs in double digits and not maintaining any distancing thus increasing risk factor of entire society.

A citizen need not be an advocate or highly educated to quote the sections with complaint.   Inform to 100 about the violations and they will proceed against such violators.
