Received legal notice after cheque bounce. But unawared of case filed in court. After 3 dates i came to know yesterday that case is filed in court by opp party. But till date i didn't received any court summons. And in online case status its written as AWAITING SUMMONS in third date
Now there is a fourth date on 16 Sep. But still didn't received summons from court
So shall i skip this fourth cass date or wait till summon received ? Please reply

You can wait till summons are received unless you are deliberately avoiding to receive them.

Just wait and watch till you are declared "proclaimed offender" by the Trial Court, if you have already decided to skip for service of summons.
