Respected Sir/Madam,
If court allows PROTEST petition of petitioner and call him for 200 statement and she is continously not appearing before the court
What action will court take-
1. Just put a next date on the file.(for infinite times)
2. If a long time have been passed and petitioner is not appearing, file will be closed
3. anything else..
Please let me know, what court will do if petitioner herself is not willing to take case furthar?

What is 200 petition / what is protest petition?

Sir,
Police submitted a report in section-182 CRPC in the court against which victim filed an Protest petition in the court. Court accpeted her PROTEST petition and quashed police 182 CRPC report.
After accpetence of PROTEST court called her for hers statment in 200 CRPC.
Member Strength 9,46,516 and growing..
