Court orders should be on a fixed format.

Court orders pose lot of readability problems. It does not record all facts needed to backtrack. Lots of injustice is happening to the cause of justice.

It should record: Names of all individuals: Processing clerk, Registry supervisor, Court officer etc well upto Judge/s.

In fact, courts should have video and audio based records of entire proceedings.
