Am dinesh pillai aged 37 i would like to marry a brahmin girl shes 27.our parents r against our marriage can i do court marriage??n what r d procedures for doing it.

if you both belong to same religion; ie.are Hindu, you can marry u/Hindu Marriage Act. otherwise get married u/Special Marriage Act.
