court hearing in nclt court

I am a flat buyer n cheated by builder. our association is fighting case in nclt court for resolution but it is not being progressed as we are getting dates only. I want to know can lawyer manipulate court dates in nclt courts.

1. There is no solution IF Court gives next Hearing dates. This is usual & normal in Indian courts.

If you have any issue, better to cross check the dates from beginning to until now. Then tally with your Advocate's dates and take decision accordingly.
