Court Fees refund in case of sucession certificate

I want to know, in case application for sucession certificate gets rejected/dismissed then is there any way out to get refund court fees paid for Obtaining the same ?? if yes then howmuch court fees can be refunded in mumbai.

The case is stated to have been dismissed on its merits, hence no refund of court fees is possible.

Generally court passes order to refund court fees when case is either decided on basis of compromise or by Lok Adalat, since your case has been dismissed by court on merit so you can't claim refund of court fees .
