Q 2) A plaint is filed by a plaintiff for partition, recovery of possession, cancellation of documents, injunction, declaration and he states that the court fees for the purpose of jurisdiction is xxxxxx. Later on, can he segregate the court fees for each and every claims by way of amendment under Order VI Rule 17 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908?
