Can you please give me an idea of how much court fee should a recovery suit in Delhi High Court for Rs 25 lakh entail?

The said case shall not be filed before the Delhi High Court but the trial court due to the recent Delhi High Court Amendment Act.
The exact court fee would be Rs. 26,744 /- exclusive of any addtional court fee for applications (if any, Rs 2/- per application) and the court fee of Rs 2/- for the Vakalatnama.

Do u want to recover rs 25 lacs?
New pecuniary jurisdction might make you move to district level court concerned, unless you fall within Original jurisdiction of high court.

Thanks for replies. Our advocate has stated that the court fee would be Rs 32,000 and the case would be filedin HC.
