Court fee in U.P. In counter claim

Respected Sir,
My question is........
1- What is the court for obtaining physical possession on undisputed building. Possession was given my late father for keeping business goods as a active partner A as per unregistered partnership. While the partner A is claiming permanent injunction as tenant @ Rs. 1500/- per month. building is irrected on NAZUL LAND , ASSESSED Rs. 83 /- per year. ( property tax )
2- Pls. also procedure under court fee Act.
