court fee for w.s. in divorce case in west bengal

Respected Members,

could you please provide the court fee amount for submitting Written statement of the defendant and counter claim in Divorce case (Contested) under special marriage act in west bengal?

You can approach family courts in your city. The court officers will tell you.

Court fees is a State subject, consult a local lawyer.
