Court fee exemption

Hi, respected sir, iam and my sister want to file a partition suite on my father who did second marriage, we are sc and poor, we don't have enough money to file a partition suite. How to excempt court fee? I heard free legal aid for sc and women, this will be work or not? Plz answer. Thank you all

Free legal aid doesn't mean exemption for court fee, that you have to pay as per requirement. Free legal aid lawyers too are not of much help as the lawyers being paid very nomimial fee hardly give enough time for the cases.
