i married on 27/11/2009.wife filed for CRPC 125 on 27/10/2011. case is going on.
i want to know that
do my wife have to submit the court fee for the case that she filed on me ?
and
how much... ?

No, Section 125 of Cr.P.C. is criminal proceddings which does not attarct court fee. Hence, No court fee is involved in such cases.

my lawyer said to me that if we submit my wifes bank statement. then she has to submit the court fee to proceed further in the case.
i submitted my wifes bank statement of 70000/-credit balance.
when i submiteed the bank statement oppostion lawyer asked for the next date. my next date is on 30/04/2013
my lawyer said that i have to say that my wife is well qualified and earning before marriage and also getting the commision of the insurance policies that she done as insurance consultant.
its a IM Argument Date
70000 credit balace is sufficient ?
what i have to do on my next date ?
