Dear all, My question is wife filed 125 crpcs in high court after few days she going to various police station and giving complaint for the same which is filed by her. Police enquiring this matter and getting the statements from husband but husband do know abt 125 crpcs case. What is the power of police offical for here. They have rights to enquiry abt this?
