Does not COTPA (anti-tobacco act) violates the fundamental right of the labourers under article 21 of the constitution.i.e.,right to life because in this case they have been deprived of their work and personal dignity although they are in this condition with a procedure estd. by law.

no the Cotpa does not voilate article 21 for the reason that it is in interest of public health and safety.secondly,there are many alternatives to ones job .
