courts while allowing O.9.R.7 petition impose costs and directing to deposit before Legal services Authority. Actually these costs should go to other side. I came to know that there is a supremecourt judgement on costs.
can anybody send the citation please?

The SC judgment may be very old i.e., before forming the Legal Services Authority. Nowadays, this has become a fashion.
