correction of boundaries of plot

I am planing to purchase a land,but boundaries mentioned in the existing deed are wrong.plot originally belonged to a cooperative whose secretary is not traceable and purchaser is no more.her son is selling the plot.how to get the boundaries rectified?

The boundaries can be rectified only by the Society by executing a Rectification Deed. If the Society is not existing then the Purchaser's son who is selling now can execute a Deed of Declaration or an Affidavit. Get it registered and then get the Sale Deed executed in your favour.
