Correction in sslc marks card

hello,

how to make corrections in SSLC marks card (passed in 1984) name and father name printed and family name not appeared. later in in 2000 i filed case in taluk court for inclusion of family name and the court ordered to include family name in his school records. later i did not approached any body. now i want sslc marks card with family name how to proceed and get it . thank you
