Correction deed if seller dies.

Hi,

In my registered sale deed heirship details of seller from her husband are missing. Registration happened 3 months ago & seller expired after a week. What to do for providing more clarity on heirship (from her husband) of seller in sale deed through correction deed?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Kotesh

What is the need for having the details of legal heirs of vendors in the sale deed when the vendor himself as the owner executed a registered sale deed.

The seller's daughters expected that property. Hence they are searching for all loopholes in sale deed to prove the sale invalid. My sale deed do not have link document details and how property came to seller from her husband(late). Is it a clear title? Will it be problem from seller's daughters? if I want to sell, seems buyers may object on link document. Please advice whether I can correct it from correction deed as seller expired. Is there other alternate?
