Dear Lawyers in the group,
Im an NRI and have my tenants living in my property in Hyderabad. I purchased a flat in Suchitra, Hyderabad 6 years back and have same tenant living there eversince. My property is a corner flat in an apartment that's a unique design. It has 5 floors and each floor has 11 properties next to each other. Apartments is like a matrix of 5X11. Mine is a corner flat and I have a gate fitted like many other corner flats had in the property. My neighbor to avoid paying maintenance is saying that he is not able to use the common balcony and hence won't pay although we agreed to keep gates open for him to use it, but he insists on removal of gate instead.
my tenants are given a headache on this issue for no reason.
what are my legal rights here?
