For copyright website,

You need to provide 4 sets of website contents(full discripttion)  whether in the dvd  or cd format.

For Proper/complete  protection of webiste , three applications need to be filed under Artistic, Literary as well as Software work.

Copyright of website: A website contains of various works i:e (i) Content Literature which comes under Literary Work (ii) Images and Flash work (which comes under Artistic Work) (iii) software embedded in the website

So firstly it is required to understand what are things their in the website and accordingly ..need to prepare applications under various catogaries of work.

It is also understood fact that the contents of the website changes frequently so each time it would not be feasible for getting the copyright of changed contents however its always suggestive.

For copyright Thee sets of CDs which should contain the entire pages of website is required, you need not be required to provide the source code the object code will be enough.

For the details required to prepare the application please click on Copyright Form

For further queries please feel free to contact us.
