If there is a separate copy section in that court, you may submit the copy application to that section directly or you may give it to the office of the court where you intend to procure the copies.

Nor necessary, you may visit the court office, submit the application and comply with necessary formalities, you will be told about when it will be ready by then you can collect it in person.

Why do you want to take pains. When case is pending, generally you are represented by an advocate. He will look after it.

From the judgement a litigant is more affected than any one else so he should make efforts whatever he can do. An advocate has too many cases so he lacks time to spend on each case.
