Copies of unmarked documents

For return marked documents, and application u/s 151 Order 13(9) together with an affidavit duly signed by the plaintiff/defendant n notarized to be filed, when the case is reserved for Orders/compromise petition is filed n can be collected from the Pending Branch.
For unmarked documents, an application together with an affidavit duly signed n notarized to be filed at the filing counter n can be collected from the Record Room.
