A cooperative housing society in Mumbai consists of 50 residential flats and 10 commercial shops the developer who is also the land owner has rented out the 10 shops and has failed to become the member of the society, further he fails to pay outgoing to the 10 shops. What is the remedy to make him a member and recover dues?

It is a must to adopt bye-laws in your own society. Utilization of all funds in the society have to be with the prior approval of the General body
