Conviction or no conviction?

Hi All,

If someone is arrested, a chargesheet has been filed and case is being pursued in the court then does it considered to be conviction or not?

No this is not conviction - Conviction would mean if he is found guilty during the trial and orders are issued pronouncing the punishment to him by court.

At current stage this would mean trial.
