I am interested in purchasing Agriculture Land But since we do not have the "Farmer Status" we cannot legally buy this kind of property even though we plan to cultivating the land and not developing structures. I do however understand that it can be done.
My Question is -
1- If I do purchase an agriculture plot, how do I convert it to non agriculture?
2- What is the cost per acre to convert?
3- Does the conversion happen before the sale or after the sale?
Your guidence would be appreciated. We are looking at plots in Maharashtra.
