If the Hindu man is not married and is of marriageable age then he may approach officials nearest mosque and understand the process to convert to be a sincere Muslim, and marry a Muslim woman.

If you both belong to different religions, you can opt for marriage u/Special Marriage Act instead of either of you converting.
