in the domestic violence act there is no andy kind of the limitation stated for the lodgeing the complain suppose believe that andy lady has deserted more than 10 yrs and after the 10 years she would like to lodge the complain for the demanding her rights against the her husband and laws is she enttled after the lapse of the time regards

She cannot agitate all releifs provided under DV Act rather she can claim monetary releif, right to residence etc. even after 10 years of desertion as told in the quarry.
