Conversion of religion share in inheritable property

I don't know what is the status of IRBM and wife share in Inheritable property but the only way not to give any single penny out of your inheritable property is conversion from Hindu to a Christian or Muslim.

As this applies to Hindu undivided family property and the day when you convert your religion then legally you have not right in that property and when you don't have rights then there is no question of sharing it.But of you already inherited the property then its your property and then there is no way out other than sharing so conversion of religion will protect inheritable property

I agree with Tajob......

Is this a statement or question?........which again goes as question to author:

Dear Author,

Converting to christain or Muslim will not do anything as the person will remain the same.Don't behave like a Last Saviour from pie of men.If you are so much tensed then Change your DNA also.

Inherited property is just like self accquired property, the share which he gets is solely controlled by him until or unless he doesn't die.

Wife has no claim on inherrited property.........if you have child then he/she has claim after your demise.

A man can control his all self accquired property by his will and conscience,no body can interefere in such thoughts.

So,IrBM is a second thought which is ruled by sec-13c and main priority is given to childrens. All financial hardship will turn into No-divorce.If a man solves his wife and childrens Financial hardship he is eligible for such Breakdown as divorce decree.
