Conversion of khasgi vanikaran zone to na

Hello,

Can I convert a Khasgi Vanikaran (Private forest) zone to NA zone?
I need to apply for a bank loan to set up a Poultry farm. Bank has said that they can sanction such loan only on NA lands.
Please guide.

Sir, I own 41 guntha of land in Khed taluka, in Pune district. The land is under khasgi Vanikaran zone.

I want to set-up a Poultry farm by getting a agriculture loan. I approached ICICI Bank and they said that the loan can be sanctioned only on NA land. Hence, I need to get my land converted to non-agriculture zone.

Can I do that?
