Conversion of a petition

Dear Lawyers..please let me know...

While a petition for 'Nullification of marriage' with in one 1yr from the date of detection of fraud is pending...can one apply for conversion of a petition into a "Divorce petition" in case the petition for nullification is dismissed or likely to be dismissed.

details of the case is not known. you pl consult a local sr lawyer ,tell him what actually happened. with the permission of court see that a amendment petition can be filed or not. sugession only-- i may not be correct.if it is dismissed or procedural law does not allow any thing more then replies are already given by ld lawyers-- are 100% correct.
