Is there any recent notification of DDA in Delhi, permitting conversion of leasehold to freehold in respect of separate floors/dwelling units constructed over one plot of land without obtaining consent of all the Power of attoreny holders of other floors?. If so, can some one give me the notification no. and its date of effect.
Thanks for your response. I am actually interested in the scheme of conversion from leasehold to freehold for separate floors/dwelling units built on lease hold residential plotted properties in Delhi and not on the idustrial plots.
Is it possible to know DDA charges for a conversion of leasehold to freehold for commercial building. Also, would also like to know if the exact share per office would be divided after taking into account total FAR and superarea/carpet area ratio
