Contradictory claims in dv and civil suit

Dear lawyers,

My wife has filed DV petition with scandalous allegations along with the prayer for maintenance, return of articles/jewels, marriage expenses, pregnancy expenses, customary sreethana etc. I issued her talaq notice as all arbitrations were already failed. Case is running for more than a year. I also voluntarily filed a memo before the court to take back her articles and the matter is pending trail.

Now after one year of the receipt of talaqnama, she filed a civil suit in my home town jurisdiction challenging talaq and asking for permanent injuncation for my second marriage and i should not marry anyone else except her.

Now it is interim argument stage in DV case. Because of the above contradictory claims, will it be a valid point to take it before the DV court to dismiss her interim application.

Regards

Ibrahim
