In a family one member is an advocate. All members entered in to a settlement of which one of the conditions is that all other parties to the settlement shall send a definite quantum of agricultural produses and refer one case each month to the advocate member .
Is the settlement valid and enforciable ?

Respected Sir,
It is a perfect example of contingent contract. Contract is just, legal and is definately enforceable.
