Party (A) buyer & Party (B) sellers & Party (C) is Agent, A&B make business deal via Agent- C, after sum time dispute occurs between Buyers-A & Seller-B.and Buyer-A goes is Arbitration he make false sign & seal of seller- B on Agent`s latter pad and Buyer-A say to Arbitrator this contract provide us by Agent-C ,in that case Agent-C fax to Buyer-A without sign & seal taken from B, but now Buyer-A Fabricated Seller-B sign & seal on said Agent`s latter pad, ? (also in this case Buyer-A have not sign in Agent`s latter pad.) if Agent- C are give false statement yes,i take sign of seller-B, then it is valid for arbitration ? it is valid contract on Third party`s latter pad for arbitration ? in any contract buyers & sellers stamp & sign must needed ? in this latter pad contain NO revenue stamp and no any stamp duty are paid, So it is necessary to paid stamp duty and must sign with Revenue stamp ? in Agent `s latter pad contract is valid if Seller-B and Agent-C sign are present ? If Buyer-A & Agent-C both give false statement yes, I take sign of seller-B then it is valid third party Latter pad ?
