contract

one caterer is doing one agreement or doing one contract with one marriage hall for serving his catering services to marriage hall during all the functions like marriage ceremony , engagement etc etc. the said contract is for giving permanently regular service to hall by caterer. hall person is taking some amount from caterer one amount as a security deposit which will be non refundable. both are agree with this terms and some other formal condition s . now both wish to register this agreement. my question is "whether this type of contract / agreement can be registrable?"

You can form a contract but you can't registered it.

Every agreement is a contract.  Notarize it.

Facts posted suggest no conveyance of property. And hence, there is no requirement to be registered.
