dear experts
i have a question regarding contested divorce that if wife is not ready to give divorce, it means husband have to live alone for the full life?? or he can marry again without divorce
What is the maximum and minimum time for contested divorce?

hello,
husband cannot marry without getting divorce.
he can be charged with bigamy.
there is no max and min time it all depends on various factors.

i filed contested divorce and fight for 6 years to get divorce from my wife,, and finally matter setteled mutually only, got my 2nd motion last month only.
in 6 year.. mattter reached only to my evidence/
