Contempt of court

Supreme court and Bombay high court have given a ruling that the non occupancy charges for a leased out flat should be 10% of the service charges only. I have leased out a flat and in addition to this 10%, the society is asking for a heavy interest free deposit and enhanced car parking charges for the lessee's car, to garner more money from me.Can this sortof behaviour be quoted as a contemp of court in a case, which I am pursuing against the society?

Hi,

This can not be called be called as a contempt of court. The jusdgements of the Hon. court can be a guideline for the court to decide about case if you need.
