Consumer is unsatisfied with exparte order of dist forum

An exparte order has been passed in the district consumer forum without hearing the oral statements.And also did not allowed any compensation for the damages.Please suggest.

If you are. not satisfied with the order of Consumer Forum then file appeal against the order of Consumer Forum before State Commission.

Mr. Subramanyam you can approach SCDRC (State Commission Dispute Redressal Commission). If you are chennai lite, Consumer court is behind broadway busstand (Parrys).

As well senior advocate Bhartesh goyal said is correct. Try this and claim your justice.
