Sir

 

Even Hon'ble Punjab State Commission at Chandigarh, had distinguished the Hon'ble Apex Court Judgement in many cases where the dispute was not regarding the bill amount, but these judgements were overturned by the Hon'ble National Commission.

 

What we need is review of the judgement of the Hon'ble Apex Court or an amendment of the Act by the parliament.

 reliance cannot directly file a criminal case against the person who are due from its customers it cannot restore to revenue recovery act also but consumers forums can entertain telecome comoplaints there are several apex court judgements

DOT has notifed that DCDRF are competent to deal with disputes with individual telecom  customers and telecom service providers.
