I am a consumer and had won a case in the State Commission for which the Opposite Party preferred an Appeal in the National Commission. Before the Appeal's admission in the NC, I had found new evidences which could get me better compensation. Please advise which court should I approach or can I use these evidences in the reply to the Opposite Party's Appeal.
Please help.
