Bought a product as recommended by HDFC Smart BUY on December 26 th 2012..Received a faulty product(Rs.1000 - ROTI MAKER) and speaking to HDFC Smart BUY for replacement and compensation for more than two months and still no Solution...FLipkart nd EBAY works for the customer/consmer and resolution is provided asap. but HDFC smart buy works for the merchant and still no resolution provided..
Is it possible to file a consumer case. I contacted teh merchant and HDFC smart buy the saem day
