Experts i need some clarification on an issue, I gifted my land to my Brother as i was not using it, he later constructed a warehouse in it, now i want to take my land back and we are ready to cancel the giftdeed. what will happen to the warehouse now? Land registered to me and warehouse registered to him?. Can i take a bank loan and pay my brother and get the warehouse registered to me?
