Sir, I am having a old house constructed around 75 years back. Old construction, having a common wall with a neighbour. As I am not residing in the house , and it is rented to tenent . Now my neighbour constructing on his house , first floor (under construction) but this construction without my knowlegde he has started as I am staying in a far away place. This construction is damaging my old common wall, as it is unable to withstand the the new structure. I solicit your kind legal advice on this.
